We arrived safely in Vanuatu without any issues with any of our luggage more than losing a few children's school supplies in customs. Also some bags appeared to have been opened but the only thing I felt was missing from mine was a windup flashlight. We were greeted at the airport by a very excited Murcott family. We loaded our luggage onto two trucks and the ten of us plus the ten of them piled in and on and we went to the Friends In Action Mission Guest House where we will stay for the time here on the island. It is a beautiful facility and a beautiful location. Then today we went out to the Ranch to begin our work. The containers were still at the dock in the morning and Simon spent a good deal of time working out details to get the first container out to the ranch. This was finally delivered to the ranch in the mid-afternoon of this our first work day here. Many prayers have been answered and we are looking forward to seeing what will be accomplished in the next few weeks. The last figures that were going around for release of the two containers was up to close to or more than $60,000 US. But the first container arrived at the ranch after having to lay out $750 US. This is an absolute answer to prayer by so many of us and by you all! Keep praying. Enjoy the photos here that will be a small view of what is going on here. The children are some real climbers and they were so excited to have another obstacle to be conquered. We will try to update daily from this Cafe along the main street in Luganville, Vanuatu.
Praise the LORD you arrived safe!! We are keeping you all in our prayers. Thank you for serving the LORD in this way!! Looking forward to watching as your story unfolds. Tell Steve Hamilton that Frank & Penny said Hi! We will keep an eye on Diane for him!
